I offer both! Sessions can be in person in Corpus Christi, TX, or online for anyone in Texas. Many people prefer to meet online from the comfort of their own homes, while others enjoy the connection of being in the same room together. It depends on your comfort level and what works best for you.

I work using an Accelerated Intensive Model, meaning we have longer sessions and fewer appointments. This accelerated format allows us to go deeper so you can feel better faster. Visit the EMDR Intensives page for more details.

Option #1: The EMDR Therapy Intensive Journey

We will tailor your needs with 6 weekly sessions or less.  The sessions will be 2-3 hours each week. We will pick one area of concern to focus on in-depth so you can experience immediate relief.

Option #2: EMDR Intensives

EMDR Intensives are a powerful way to jump-start the healing process. You can book EMDR therapy sessions every other day for 2-3 hours or have back-to-back sessions. This is perfect for anyone ready for a breakthrough.

Option #3: Monthly or Quarterly EMDR

For those with a less flexible schedule, our Monthly or Quarterly EMDR option offers sessions that span 4-6 hours, once a month. You can choose to complete the 4-6 hours in a single day or split them into two back-to-back days. This option also allows for additional support from another therapist for day-to-day stress, ensuring our focus remains solely on processing trauma with EMDR.

Individual Counseling

* Phone Consultation (15 minutes) – $0

* Ongoing counseling appointment 55 minutes: $200

Pre-Intensive Interview

* 2-hour Sessions: $450

EMDR Intensive Sessions:

* 2-hour Sessions: $400

* 3-hour Sessions: $600

Post-Intensive/Follow-Up Appointments:

* 1-hour Session: $200

Payment is taken at the time of booking each session, which breaks it up into easy payments rather than a lump sum.

All my services are private pay – with a current major credit card, FSA, or HSA.

However, I am happy to provide you with a link to a third-party company. The third-party company will submit to your insurance company on your behalf for possible reimbursement for a portion of the session fee once you reach your out-of-network deductible.

Please know that not all insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers, and some plans may have an allowable amount or a deductible that must be met before getting any possible reimbursement. I recommend calling the customer service number on the back of your PRIMARY insurance card and speaking to a representative for details about your specific plan. Secondary insurance will not be accepted.

EMDR Intensive Cancellation Policy:

A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

By booking the Intensive, you have purchased this time, and it is yours unless you cancel 48 hours in advance. Based on availability, you will have the opportunity to reschedule one time within four weeks. You forfeit the full fee if you miss or cancel a second time.

Please be advised: You understand that if you DO NOT show up for the scheduled appointment or cancel the day of your appointment, you forfeit the full non-refundable fee for the session and will need to pay a new fee for a new session when you reschedule.

The office does not provide emergency or 24-hour support, meaning this may not be the right service if you are actively in crisis. If we determine during your consultation that it may not be the best fit, I will provide you with a referral who may better support you.
